Our ability to share information with our affiliates helps us to more easily provide you with quality products and services to meet your financial needs and goals.

The law allows us to share with our affiliates any information about our transactions or experiences with you. Unless otherwise permitted by law, we will not share with our affiliates other information that you provide to us or that we obtain from third parties (for instance, credit bureaus) if you fill in Box 2 on the Privacy Choices Form or call the RewardsPal Service Center to make this election.

Information for California Customers

In response to a California law, we will automatically treat accounts with California billing addresses as if you filled in Box 1 on the Privacy Choices Form and will not disclose personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by the applicable California law. We will also limit the sharing of information about you with our affiliates to comply with all California privacy laws that apply to us. To further restrict sharing with affiliates as described in this notice, you can fill in Box 2 on the Privacy Choices Form or call the RewardsPal Service Center to make this election.

Personally Identifiable Information Collected on www.RewardsPal.com

You can visit and browse this site to find out about our program, Sponsors, and rewards without giving us any information about yourself. When you enroll in RewardsPal Network and register with us, we collect personally identifiable information about you as follows:

  • Registration Process: To become a registered RewardsPal Member, you must register, either online or by calling the RewardsPal Service Center. The registration process requires certain personally identifiable information including, your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, and a unique individual password, which we can use to verify your identity. You may also choose to provide us with information about your interests and RewardsPal Network reward preferences.
  • Transactions & Activities: If you become a registered RewardsPal Member and redeem for rewards, we will collect information about your transactions with us. This information includes, areas of the website that you visit, redemption history, account activity, and shipping and billing information. We may also receive information about you, such as your earning activity from our Sponsors.

RewardsPal Members may review and change contact information such as address, phone and email information by signing on and updating their personal profile.

If you are a RewardsPal Member, details about the information we collect and how it may be disclosed is contained in Our Privacy Notice, which includes additional information regarding your Privacy Choices.

Additionally, RewardsPal Members and non-Members who receive promotional messages about RewardsPal Network or other products and services may elect to not receive ("opt out" of) further messages. If you opt out from receiving these messages we will retain your e-mail address solely for the purposes of servicing your RewardsPal Network Account, such as sending confirmations of your redemption transactions.
